mwslawson icture shows Belt loop pants, also sent note re wanting Belt loop pants but got plain waist pair. Disabled in wheelchair, unable to get out to return. What to do?? NOT what I ordered.

jlynnthrailkill Hello, I copied the description & pictures from the vendor's website. I did not catch that these do not have belt loops...my apologies. The actual picture shows no belt loops but the stock photos show they do. I am not sure how to make the return through Poshmark. Lets see how to proceed from them. Sorry for the inconvenience.

mwslawson Do you have the belt loop ones? As stated, I'm elderly, in a wheelchair. Running around to get to a return place is not an option. What a mess, not being my fault. Things happen but unsure what to do as money is gone for something I can't use. Need belt to attach equipment to.

mwslawson Hi, I realize it was a mistake, Poshmark insists I go buy a camera-take px. of pants OUTSIDE in sunlight-send the px's in 24 hours, CAN"T DO. Being elderly gal in wheelchair don't have a camera, can't go buy one, etc. they won't work on issue if I can't comply. I'm out the cost, have no usable -paid for -item. ??

mwslawson Since you know wrong item was sent and Poshmark won't refund I feel it is up to you to refund. As stated, I am the victim and being in a wheelchair, disabled, am unable to get out to return.
