hfarrell77 Leniesha, I have a question that maybe you can help with. I had someone rate me four stars BC they felt the product was misrepresented. (More worn than expected). I never meant for that so I want to apologize and do something to make up for it, like offer a discount or something??? But they have nothing for sale and I don't know how to contact them. Any suggestions?

divineessence @hfarrell77 Heather, I'm so sorry that happened! What I would do to contact, is comment on the listing you sold, & tag them. You can offer a discount of your choice for the next time, & just apologize. It's not always easy to please everyone. I'm not sure if they're able to return the item if it's already been accepted. The most important thing is to just be yourself. Don't let it get your posh spirit down!

divineessence @hfarrell77 hmm that's strange! You should be able to put her name. If she hasn't "liked" the listing or previously commented, it won't pop up with her name, you have to manually type it. Once she responds, it'll then pop up for you. If that makes sense?
