christines50 @dannibwhite the blouse is 24 1/2 in from the top down . It's 28 1/2 in wide at the widest part at the bottom( it's tapered). The fit is loose and I'm a True Medium. The sleeves are tight ( they are supposed to fit that way. With a thumb hole. It sits on the edge of my shoulders, so I wear a bra that looks nice like a razor back.... hope this is helpful
