This is a Gorgeous top by We the Free. Made in China. COTTON. Some selling this top have called it black but I think it is the darkest NAVY not pure black. With white and gray accents. Features a wonderful graphic, longer sides with layers of lace and trim embellishing. Short sleeve, knit accents on sleeves and collar. Boutique top that retails for 98. Sz. s but fits like a Large. Like new..no rips or stains.
