pawrevere @lauraprisc Laying flat the waist is 14in but is elastic the length from waist the hem is 37in hips 23in.

lauraprisc @pawrevere I'm so sorry -- don't know how I missed your reply. If I'm calculating correctly -- doubling the waist and hips, the waist would be ok, but the hips might be too baggy. I have to think about how that would fit, feel, and look.
