The designer is Karen Wilis Holmes. This custom wedding dress is a one of a kind, simple, yet glamorous piece. IT ALSO HAS POCKETS! It was slightly altered for a more modest look. It has removable/adjustable straps. I moved them toward the center about 1/2 in. to anchor my breasts that grew after purchasing. It has a unnoticeable bustle that was skillfully done. The overlay skirt comes with the dress! Trust me it makes it! In great condition, small smudges on the bottom I am happy to negotiate.
