Wedding Dress size 12 FITS 8/10

Never used, unfortunately it never fit my mom and it was too late to get any alterations done in time. Wedding is in 3 weeks! This dress does run small. It was bought at a size 12 but for sure fits a 8/10. No alterations have been done. I'm sure the arms are supposed to be fitted. It's an off the shoulder/falling off the shoulder look. Waist and thighs also would need to be altered to be form fitting. It's a trumpet style maybe mermaid. Ivory.
