Wedding Reception Dress

I wore this at my wedding reception a few years ago. I'm 5' 2" and it fell right above my knees. I usually wear a 2/4 so it seems to run small. There are no rips, but it could use a good steam to remove wrinkles as it has been in storage. One small mark on hem (I have not attempted to remove).
