@janelovvorn8095 yes the tag is still on. it's currently at the seamstress shop. I'm a size 6-8 depending but it can be taken out to a 10. It's a little long on me when I put it on and I'm 5'5" if that helps

@janelovvorn8095 I also don't think it's cotton, I can't recall off the top of my head but it's heavy and has a soft feel
