Wedding dress

The Goodwill store near my mom's house was having a David's Bridal sale. She thought I would like this dress but she didn't know it's size. I am a normal 10 and this dress did not fit. It fits more like someone who is a normal 6 or so. There is no size tag. It's also damaged and clearly has been a floor model. There is what looks like someone has stepped on this dress, signs of wear and loose threads-- please see photos. This dress is for someone who wants to do the fixes or changes or use fabric from a dress to make a new one. This is not ready to wear by any means. It will also come with a bag for it. Make me an offer I am flexible!
