Beautiful taffeta mermaid dress. Never been worn. My mom's cat did get to the fluffing underneath and ripped it. It is in a straight line so can just be cut off and does not affect the fluff of the bottom at all.

xchantellylacex @kims4r0d4rr5 thanks! breaks my heart to sell it. no rips and stains on actual dress. as you can see, the underneath part that fluffs the dress is torn but doesn't affect the fluffiness. that's the part hanging down. that piece can just be cut off.
