kmwhite11 @sarahanne2424 hey, when i purchased it didn’t come with cap sleeves. As far as the size nothing in the tag says anything about street size. I know they tend to run a little bit bigger, and I would say this dress does, you can tell by the pic in the bust area, so you might be able to get away without altering, but I wouldn’t think you would need to make it bigger
