Would fit a size 2-4, with a size A or B cup. I’m 5’2 and this is how long it was on me without shoes on. I think it would be pretty for a debutante dress or wedding gown. I would remove beading and add tule around he top and in the back or have a belt around the drop waste and tie in a bow.
