Wedding or Prom Dress

Ivory dress from David's Bridal. Never worn. Unaltered. Bought it in September with plans for an actual wedding this year but now we've made plans to elope at the beach so I found something more beachy. I'm 4'11 and this dress is taller than me for room for alterations.
