Worn only once for a wedding, however 1/2 of it was outdoors so the bottoms are pretty scratched up. Rest pf the shoe pretty much excellent condition. Strap wraps around ankles and is adjustable. Extremely comfortable and sturdy block heel. Comes with extra beads and original box
