Weekend Pretty Denim Max Mara vintage pencil skirt

The is a Weekend Petty Denim Max Mara vintage (~1990s) denim pencil skirt. I adore this skirt. It was given to me by my mother. She originally bought it in the 90s. It is a vintage item so don't expect it to be perfect. There is minor fading at the waist. For being a vintage item, it is in excellent shape. My mother took very good care of it and I have taken very good care of it since it came into my possession. I have lost weight and it is much to large for my waist. I've hung onto it since it has memories but it deserves to be worn. It is time it went to a new home. This skirt is high-waisted and doesn't have much stretch at the waist, but the body of the skirt definitely has some stretch to it. There is rouching on the side seams (see photo) and a zipper w/ button on the back of the skirt. Measurements are approximant and were taken with the item laying flat.
