Weekender "Carpet" Bag - Tropical Monkey

Textile and mahogany leather carpet bag. Base: 19" x 6". Height is just over 13" Textile features tropical foliage, camels, and monkeys. Muted greens and pinks on an of-white/sepia background. High quality leather base and trim, with braided leather handles. Interior is thicker, but supple nylon. Just wipe clean. Interior has been thoroughly cleaned. No hairs, debris, or lint to be found. GUC, with wear. Lower corners of textile show wear (last photo). Textile is stain free, but pre-owned condition. Leather is is excellent condition. Only wear is to bottom plate, which has scuffs. Silver plated heart charms have some flaking - which will likely continue due to aging. This is vintage bag, but it's not musty or crusty. It's a heavier bag than what we tend to carry, these days. Can be used as a weekend bag. Or a home decor accent, suitable for storing knitting projects, sofa throws, toys...
