Weekends by Chico’s zip up sweater/jacket, Large

I’m not quite sure if this is a sweater or a jacket. It’s kind of both. From Weekends by Chico’s, it is in a tweedy blue and white fabric with polyester windbreaker style elements. It has a collar that can be raised, zipped, and tied against poor weather. It also has two pockets (gotta love pockets!!).
