The polka-dot print poly/spandex bodice of this mixed-print dress features cold-shoulder cutouts, a sequin-spandex waist inset and a mock neck with a snap closure in back that creates a keyhole cutout between the shoulder blades. The striped poly-spandex top skirt gets a boost from a tricot underskirt. Matte nylon/spandex shorts attached. Glitter free! Imported. Built in shorts!
