votrefriperie @oceansurfgirl lol winter in NY is a nightmare. I'm trying to move to Portugal next year. I'm too old for this winter crap. But, I will be back in summer. Washington is on my list. I've done all the South, Northeast and some midwest. Are the people welcoming? Like if you stay for a few months?

oceansurfgirl @annparker2298 Yes, they are in most cases , I find that the people around the mountains are usually friendly. If you come here the best time is July Thru September it’s sunny most of the time .
