simplypearls @rainbowbreeze Hi! Recently, I have been using Feria very platinum dye at home. I use the toner that comes in the box every two weeks. When I run out, I will use another brand of toning shampoo/conditioner. My natural hair color is a 9 to begin with. It is really easy to dye bright blonde since it is already really light. If your hair is darker, I would start with a salon before I used the boxes at home. Hope that helps! :)
