dulacshop @mykr12 Hey love, it should be functioning completely normally. I always take items out of the bag and take photos checking the hem, zipper function, straps, etc. could it be that it’s just too small?

dulacshop @mykr12 Oh my gosh, not at all. I understand completely. It’s definitely a first for me, but still saddening when items become defective. You are reaching out and I would too. If it does help though I did take photos and checked it pretty thoroughly beforehand. I’ve had a couple refunds so I always try to avoid them at all cost.

dulacshop @mykr12 Let me know what a seamstress can do. I know it’s a very cheap fix though. I’m curious in knowing the cost. And if you end up highly disappointed I’ll certainly send you a smaller refund to help cover the cost.
