autumnslpa Is the XL a women’s size fit or like a standard XL unisex? I wear a 1x in women’s and don’t want it to end up too tight if I get it personalized, etc.

sellersmerch @autumnslpa Hi, Autumn Thank you so much for your interest. To answer your question our shirts are a standard Unisex XL and not a Women’s XL. If a customer wanted the tight tee shirt look I would highly recommend going a size down. I have also added specific measurements to the listing just incase you would like to know what our shirts lengths and widths were. I hope I have answered your question in it’s entirety. beachposher Hi Guys: I’ve been browsing your closet and I’m confused - every time I see a shirt that I want, it says “non personalized”. So does that mean that it/they can not be personalized (at extra cost, I understand that part) ... or is it possible to personalize are ALL the shirt and you just put that in there to make sure people understand it will be an extra $10?? sellersmerch Hi @beachposher when you purchase a shirt/item by it’s self it will not be personalized but if you bundle a shirt/item with a personalized add on for an additional $10 (per item) or $7 (per item) for hats you will now be receiving that item with your closet name on the back ☺️

tinatran777 I thought I could get a quicker response back from a Posh ambassador. If a buyer returns an item back to seller, who pays for the postage fee? Please advise. I hope you don’t mind me asking. Thanks

sellersmerch Hi @tinatran777 If the buyer wants to return their item that they brought they would have to report it to Poshmark first. Once Poshmark reviews their case they can either approve or deny the return. If they approve the return Poshmark will send the buyer a free return label.

sellersmerch @tinatran777 Dang they definitely were not suppose to do that all returns have to be approved by Poshmark first because how else is the buyer suppose to receive their refund. On your end I would recommend contacting Poshmark first before going to the Post office and paying the postage fee. If the return was done through Poshmark the proper way Poshmark would of covered the postage fee.

sellersmerch @24boutique Right now we’re only offering this style. We found that they were more comfortable than the ones that go behind your ear since they'res no elastic going around your ear. The way mask works it that you can either have the cord higher on your head like seen in the photo or you can have it lower and tight the cord accordingly.

faithful128 Hi there. I am a repeat customer and I just now opened the Butterfly Sticker Labels that I ordered on May 19and unfortunately, they have the wrong business name (@Tippy1224) on them! I suspect it was just a mistake since you do a lot of business and perhaps somebody else got my labels? This was part of a bundle of 4 items and the other 3 are correct. Is it possible that you can send me the correct labels?
