mimijaaboo @mseideneck I put the ring on my thumb which is what I ordered it for. I was making my bed and it hung on my sheet. I took it off and made sure it was ok and when I put it back on it snapped in two. Sterling silver would not have done that. My husband said it looks like some kind of cast material
