Well Dressed Wolf Stars Dress, Size 8, BNWT but small stains disclosed in photos

Well Dressed Wolf Stars Dress, Size 8, Brand New with Tags, but a few brownish stain on dress straight from company so not sure what the stain is. I have a smaller dress just like this that has the same stains from the company. Close up of stains in photos, so please look over photos well as I tried to disclose everything I could spot. Hand embroidery around collar and double layered fabric. Button up back with tie around waist. 100 percent cotton.
