Wendy Gell Wristy Carved Yellow Bakelite Looking Blue Heart,Swarovski,Pink

This cute little wristy has a beautiful carved plastic bakelite looking circle under a beautiful large blue heart not Swarovski, but there are Swarovski Rivolies and pretty pink petals. Each side is the same which is unusual with a vintage domed pink cabochon and jet ovals. It's on a narrow base and signed. I can tell from the back it's pretty old and was restored recently.
