Wendye Chaitin lined satin balloon hem dress 9/10

Deep blues and grays in abstract brush strokes dance on the body of the dress, and the crossing bodice is in that same deep blue. Padded and strapless in a balloon hem that won’t come apart and drop. Soft and light, and made in the USA. It’s labeled 9/10 but very much falls on the smaller side.
