West 36 Orange short sleeve tiered Dress

Gorgeous red-orange dress. Please note the color of the picture is off. It just wouldn’t photograph well. It’s a bright red-orange color in person. Elastic waist. Measures 15” armpit to armpit. 31” from shoulder to bottom hem.All measurements are approximate. Unlined but not sheer. Has belt loops on sides. Lightweight and perfect for summer days. Looks almost red in the photos, but color is more of a red orange.
