West End SF Striped Dress

West End San Francisco striped sleeveless dress with large deep pockets and full top to bottom zipper in the front. Bottom hem is elastic creating a bubble bottom. Could also be worn unzipped, maybe over some leggings and long sleeve shirt! Lightweight. Colors are a blue and gray stripe. Great used condition. Approx 16” pit to pit, 35” shoulder to bottom hem.
