West Kei Black and Striped Midi Dress Size M

preloved in excellent condition. West Kei midi dress. Black knit bodice with v neck Attached midi skirt is pleated with vertical stripes in natural browns, ivory, and grey. Size and material tags are missing. Based on measurements I am guessing a medium or large. For reference, my dress form is a size 8/10 and is set to my height 5' 4" Size M or large p to p 17" with lots of stretch waist is 14" with elastic waistband shoulder to hem 46"
