West Kei - surplice blouse

This is a super cute top, in very gently used condition, just because I reach for other pieces more often. No snags or pulls that I could find! It hits right at your waist in front, with a slightly longer back. Sleeves are really pretty with the looser, buttoned-up drapey look.
