🍍🍍West Loop Navy Striped Tunic Dress

This is a super cute dress/tunic that can be worn a couple of different ways. You can wear it off shoulder for a cute summer time dress, or you can wear it as a tunic with leggings in the winter! The sleeves are about 3/4 length and have subtle bell at the ends. This piece is like new and is very soft!! 94% Polyester! Most of my items are new or gently used.
