West Loop - Red and White Short Dress, Size L

This pull over dress has a handkerchief hemline, and a keyhole back. The red, square knot printed fabric is Rayon and has no stretch, it says its a large, but check out the measurements in the pics, they seem small for a large and it's snug on the dress form (I have other L tops/dresses that fit looser) There is a little elastic that runs under each arm. If you have a smaller bust this will work better. Gently Worn, washed in cold and hung dry.
