Western Electric Vintage 1970s SCULPTURA Design Line TouchTone Telephone Brown DESCRIPTION The iconic Sculptura ("donut") telephone, designed by Donald Genaro and manufactured by Western Electric, was introduced in 1973 in brown, yellow, and white. The circular brown plastic housing has a void between the handset and base. The base is a half-circle with a flat bottom and white touchtone keypad at center top. The phone handset forms the upper-half of the circular body and has a coiled brown cord.
