Western Felt Pork Pie Hat NWT

Womens Western felt Pork Pie Hat new with tags. Color is peacock blue with a black leather band with attached beads and peacock feather embellishments on the bottom of the back band. Measurements are 22" inside circumference with an adjustable strap on the inside of the band to make the hat fit tighter or smaller if needed.
