This adorable high low off the shoulder dress is an adorable outfit when paired with some boots or booties! It has a ruched empire waist, sheer fabric with slip. Dusty blue with cow skulls. Details shown in photos. Measurements are about 27" from hem across chest to hem of slip and about 54" to hem in the back. Never worn!
