9.5 Heel: 4" Black suede leather ankle boots from Westies. Vintage, probably 90s. Open toe, size zipper, leather upper and balance man made. Tall platform heel in a shiny gloss black. Good used condition, leather could use a good brushing from storage. Please see photos.
