Westport Chambray Striped Dress with Ruffled Hem and Short Sleeves 16P NEW FLAW

Reposhing this item I purchased from @delmarvatreas. It’s really cute, but too tight at the top. For reference purposes, my usual armpit to armpit measurement is 22inches. This is a bit difficult to measure because it is fitted around the bust. As in the original post: it has belt loops, but no belt. I was going to use a bright blue belt. Questions?
