Westport Navy and White Top

Very cute summer top of navy with white embroidery down the front bodice with a tie closure at v-neckline that has elastic all around the neck, pullover style. The sleeves are a cold-shoulder style that are elbow length and have embroidery around the cold-shoulder opening. There is a beautiful lace all around the front and the back of this tunic length top. In new condition, I bought it, washed it, then never wore it, now it's too small for me. Fabric is 100% cotton. Measurements: Armpit to armpit = 22" Shoulder to hem = 29"
