Westport Skirt size 1X

This cute and lightweight skirt has never been worn so it is in excellent condition! It has an elastic waistband with belt loops. I took the original belt off to wash it and have temporarily misplaced it. You can wear without the belt or use another one. The skirt is tiered and fully lined. The waist measures 18 inches laying flat. The hem is a high low. The front length is 29 inches and the back length is 41 inches.
