Wet Seal Cream Cotton Top With Lace Open Back

Super soft cotton, cream/off white, 3/4 sleeve top from Wet Seal. Back is open with a deep cut “V” shape and has two 2.5 inch thick lace bands across the opening. Only worn once, in excellent condition. Size XL. Would be cute with jeans, leggings, shorts, over a tank top, or by itself, lots of options!
