Wet Seal Open/lace Back Sheer Floral High Low Dress

This one is prettier in person. The back is black unlined lace that ties on top but is mostly open. There’s a short black skirt lining under a sheer, ditsy floral, high-low hem overlay. Elastic at the waist and sleeveless. Condition is good except for quite a few loose elastic threads on the lace. Flaws reflected in price. Shown in the last photos but difficult to see. Approximately 16” armpit to armpit, 12” across waist, and 28-52” total lengths.
