Wet Seal Vintage Y2K Low Waisted Flare Jeans Juniors Size 7

In very good used condition, lots and lots of life left. No stains, no rips, no pilling, no flaws. Authentic vintage low waisted jeans. Straight out of the early 2000s! Very cute and really low wasted jeans what else could I say?! You can’t find jeans like these in stores. Please see pictures for measurements, they definitely run small. I would say they fit like a size 5. Inseam is about 31 inches long From a pet free and smoke free home.
