Wet Seal dress

It's a shimmering black and sliver dress from wetseal!! It's a size small never been worn still has the tag on it!! I think it would be a great for the upcoming holidays especially New Years!!! It's closed around the neck and has a open in the back. On the back It's supposed to be two black buttons but it's only one!! As seen in the photos!!! It's 41 inches long and about 16 inches in width!! It also has this design of diamond shape going down the while dress!! It has a beautiful sparkle to it as well!!!
