🌹Wet Seal floral, strapless dress

Wet Seal strapless dress size Sm. This is a used and worn item. Bright red roses with a black & white almost zebra pattern behind. Top (bust area) is all flat black. Really gorgeous worn! Top is subtle & bottom pops! Note: Mannequin is bigger size than dress. Zipper on left side zips the dress up just below the ribs (losing it's durability, may need replacing), but does zip Bust has very thin padding so I recommend a strapless bra/bandeau underneath.
