Wet Seal flower patterned burgundy wrap dress

I only wore it twice, the size says small but I'm going to be honest it does run kind of big. I'm just a small person in general so that's maybe why it hasn't fit me. It's really flattering though, I went through a wrap dress phase a while back but I'm over it now, so that's why I'm selling, otherwise I'd be waiting to grow into it as it is such a nice dress.
