Whacky 'lil floral collared button up shirt, polka dot, satin, elastic waist, M

Got this cute top a while back and just haven't worn it lately. Lightweight, layerable, really pretty and vibrant colors. The satin sheen feels nice for a semi casual outing like a day party or happy hour with nice jeans and booties. Waist has stretch, upper does not. Please see photos for measurements. I got this secondhand so I don't know it's age, but it is vintage in very good condition. Just a fun lil top. Enjoy!
