What Vintage French designer is this blazer???

I would appreciate any help identifying this vintage blazer. It has this Sailor themed sleeves and buttons , but the main tag is missing . The fabric content tag says Rayon 100% Made in France. It looks like 80% Jean Paul Gaultier and 20% like Chanel . I wish I could’ve found it out. Let me know if you have one or have seen one and remember what label was ! Thank you!
