What to Say and How To Say It for All occasions hardcover book vintage

This is a very informative book I believe this was published in 1977 but there is also a date of copyright 1955 please see pic for more information. The dust cover does show some wear however the pages are nice and clean with no markings or rips co es from a smoke free home.
