Whbm Silk blouse

Worn some. The blue's have it! My favorite color. Is an electric blue blouse. Has openings with silver accents in the sleeves. It ties in the back with an opening and silver accents on ties. It's absolutely elegant and classy! In the fall I wear it with black. In the summer with white jeans or shorts. It's a beautiful color. Depending on the way the fabric lays and lighting it gets really bright. The tag has come off. Color looks best when taken to the cleaners. I'm going down on this because the tie on the back has a knot that I can't get undone.
